Leah Landes
Director of Operations
Leah Landes supports all aspects of the organization’s administrative and operations processes.
With 14 years of executive-level administrative and general operations experience, Leah manages human resources, operational, administrative, financial and technological matters for Mpact. She also provides executive-level administrative support to the CEO and serves as the Board of Directors liaison. Leah brings experience from previous positions at Element 84, Inc., the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and Center for Community Progress. She enjoys singing, going to concerts, seeing new places and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah manages Mpact: Lab regional capacity building program and works with the CEO in managing the organization.
