Rates to attend the Mpact Transit + Community Conference
Conference registration covers 60+ sessions, plenaries and networking events, including the Welcome Reception and Wednesday night's PK Slam, a signature Mpact event! Additional fees are required for Mobile Workshops and Pre-Conference Events, for which space is limited and registration is first-come, first-served. You must be a conference attendee to sign up for Pre-Conference Events or Mobile Workshops. Each attendee is limited to 2 Mobile Workshops to ensure that more conference attendees have an opportunity to participate.
Meals: Conference registration includes continental breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the closing plenary lunch on Thursday. No other meals are provided.

Is your region gearing up for a transit expansion or building a stakeholder network to support transit, land use plans plus community and economic development? Consider sending a delegation to the annual Mpact Transit + Community conference. Delegations use the conference as a launching pad toward stronger collaborative work on the ground. The 2026 Mpact Transit + Community Conference will be at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. The hotel is a great launching pad for exploring Toronto on foot, by bike and (of course) via transit.
The conference rate is CAD$412 (approx. US$300) per night + local taxes and fees. The conference rate expires on August 24 but may sell out sooner.
Hotel booking will open with conference registration in late May.
