Rates to attend the Mpact Transit + Community Conference
Conference registration covers 60+ sessions, plenaries and networking events, including the Welcome Reception and Tuesday night's PK Slam, a signature Mpact event!
Additional fees are required for Mobile Workshops and Pre-Conference Events, for which space is limited and registration is first-come, first-served. You must be a conference attendee to sign up for Pre-Conference Events or Mobile Workshops. Each attendee is limited to 2 Mobile Workshops to ensure that more conference attendees have an opportunity to participate.
Meals: Conference registration includes continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and the closing plenary lunch on Wednesday. No other meals are provided.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests received prior to September 5 will receive a full refund. Between September 5 and September 26, cancellations will receive a refund minus a $100 fee. After September 26, there are no refunds for cancellation of conference registration, mobile workshops or any add-on events. Persons who do not show up for the event will be responsible for the entire registration fee.

Is your region gearing up for a transit expansion or building a stakeholder network to support transit, land use plans plus community and economic development? Consider sending a delegation to the annual Mpact Transit + Community conference. Delegations use the conference as a launching pad toward stronger collaborative work on the ground. Scholarships
We want the Mpact Transit + Community Conference to be an opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to learn and network. We recognize financial barriers may be a barrier for attending. Each year we provide a limited number of scholarships to reduce these financial barriers.
In 2025 there are two opportunities for scholarships. The deadline to apply for both is July 31!

The 2025 Mpact Transit + Community Conference will be at the Hilton Portland Downtown. The conference rate is $195 + fees per night (no sales tax in Portland). The conference rate expires on September 26 but may sell out sooner.
Stay where the action is!
The hotel is a great launching pad for exploring Portland on foot, by bike or scooter and (of course) via transit. There are great restaurants nearby – and across Portland. Explore!
Get to the Hilton Portland Downtown from Portland International Airport via TriMet MAX Red Line light rail and from Amtrak via MAX Green Line or FX 2.
