Carole Chabries

Dr. Carole Chabries has spent more than 25 years leading teams in non-profits and higher education. She loves coaching high-performing teams to deliver stellar results for seemingly impossible tasks. She was the key architect of CityLabs, a two-year program where undergraduate students completed city projects that were languishing due to insufficient resources. Projects included retrofitting streetlights with LED bulbs; creating a marketing campaign to increase awareness of stormwater runoff to the Mississippi River; designing a system to capture rainwater from a city building rooftop; and more. Carole is excited to share her decades of experience planning, executing, and reporting on complex projects to the Mpact Transit + Community Conference.
