Station Design and Wayfinding: Enhancing the Customer Experience

As humans, when we have good experiences, we come back. We’re happier. We feel seen and cared for. So let’s discuss the customer experience and how station design — ease of access, wayfinding, ADA and design features — can attract riders to transit, and keep them comign back.
